Shipping availability, delivery times, and carriers may vary depending on your location.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

During peak periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.
If delays occur, we will notify you by email where possible.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.

4. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or external factors such as weather or peak seasons.

5. Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped directly from our international logistics centre in Asia to the end customer.

As a result, deliveries may be subject to customs inspections depending on the destination country.

6. Customs Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by local authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs office.

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to collect the parcel

  • Refusal of delivery

We may, depending on the situation:

  • Arrange re-shipment at the customer’s expense, or

  • Issue a refund based on the condition of the returned items

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Include your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damage.
We will investigate the issue with the carrier and provide a suitable resolution.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to become active.

10. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • PO Box addresses

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

  • Locations restricted by carriers or local regulations
