Olivia Gold Coast is a fashion brand operated by the Dutch company Nexflow Agency. We specialize in delivering stylish and modern clothing to international customers. Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Asia to customers worldwide.

Delivery & Shipping
What is your delivery time?
After your order is confirmed, we require 2–3 business days to process it. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–9 days, as our products are dispatched directly from our warehouse in Asia.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package online.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship to selected international markets. Olivia Gold Coast serves customers worldwide through international fulfillment.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and with all original tags attached.
How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at support@olivia-goldcoast.com. You will receive detailed return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
Where should I send my return?
Returned items must be shipped to our warehouse in China. Exact return details will be provided after contacting customer support. Please use only the return address provided to you by our customer service. Returns sent to other addresses cannot be processed.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your returned item, it will be processed within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase. After this window, the order is automatically processed by our warehouse to ensure fast delivery, meaning cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
If you believe you made an error or have concerns about your order, contact us immediately after placing it.
